How to use this knife sharpener:
If your knife is a little blunt(difficult to cut pork belly), using a fine slot to sharpen the knife 6-7 times. If your knife is blunt(difficult to cut lean pork), using a medium slot to sharpen the knife 6-7 times first and then a fine slot for 6-7 times. If your knife is very blunt(difficult to cut vegetables), you must sharpen your knife 10-12 times with a coarse slot first, then using a medium slot and ceramic fine slot to sharpen your knife.
