The grill offers approximately 609 sq. in. of total cooking area, including 443 sq. in. of porcelain-enameled cast iron cooking grates and a 166 sq. in. stainless steel warming rack. The main cooking area can be used for grilling meat, poultry, vegetables, and other foods, while the warming rack provides additional space for keeping cooked food above the main grill surface. The 11,000 BTU side burner provides a separate cooking area for heating sauces, boiling water, or preparing side dishes. The grill also includes a built-in thermometer for monitoring internal temperature and a piezoelectric ignition system for burner startup. Additional features include two side tables for food preparation, a built-in bottle opener, a lower propane tank compartment, a detachable grease cup, powder-coated steel construction, and two wheels for movement.
